Description
Moorit Brown Shetland 8 oz of Roving, Shetland Wool Combed Top, Spinning Wool by Alba Ranch, AR00012BSF.
Shetland Moorit is a lovely natural colored brown wool. Moorit is the name of this particular red brown natural color that only certain Shetland Sheep have. It has a luscious and warm richness in color that can only come from the natural color the sheep grows itself.
I have handspun pounds of this wonderful wool for my bulky yarn and even wove a rug out of the yarn. I included photos of the yarn, hat and rug for reference. It is nice to touch and is smooth and soft. It is a joy for spinning and felting.
