Seabreeze Handspun Textured Art Yarn, AR0105TAU.
A Seabreeze gently moves the curtains as waves crash on the rocks below and a seagull cries overhead…… Your eye can see blue waves, white froth, and the dark colors of the rocks….but nothing else. No one is near…it is just you and the seabreezes.
This is a super bulky thick and thin yarn with slubs spun in for extra texture. Spirals and baubles spun through out the yarn. It has been thread plied with a turquoise metallic thead and silver rayon thread held together as if one thread.
Most of the sheep wool, alpaca and llama fleece were CO grown on our ranch and another friend’s CO ranch. I blended all the fibers into multiple art batts and handspun from the fold for a more lofty style yarn.
Colors are various blues with some being more sky blue and others turquouse and blue green. There are pops of brown, black, purple, and green through out but not all colors are in each skein. If mutiple skeins are purchased, I will choose skeins that work together.
The last photo is of a shawl I wove using several handspun yarns. Most of the yarn used was Seabreeze and Summer Forest Bulky Art Yarn.
