I am a Bach Flower Registered Practitioner, Aromatherapist, Reiki Practitioner, Musician and Fiber Artist. I mentor through various classes and events at Alba Ranch in distillation of Lavender and Herbs, fiber dyeing, yarn spinning, weaving, and growing lavender and herbs. I use nature, forest, sound, and art therapy to help you relax and reduce stress. Meditation and relaxation can be found in both nature and art. Let me help YOU decide what will work best for you.
